3. Do you allow children inside your salon?

We discourage children in the salon unless they are being serviced. This is for the safety of both the children and the staff as we work with many chemicals which could potentially be hazardous to young children. Please note that we do not service clients who need to hold children in their laps for this reason. 


4. Are we suppose to tip the technician if we use a voucher or gift certificate?

Gratuity is not included in these deals and although not required, if you feel as though you received quality service from your technician tipping is definitely appreciated. Most clients who are already receiving such a  great gift or discount on their services do bring cash to tip their technician.

6. Are you open on Sunday?

We are currently closed on Sunday's.


7. Do I need to book an appointment? Can I bring friends with me?

Walk Ins are always welcome but not guaranteed. We do offer same day appointments based on availability and you are also welcome to book online. If you make an appointment only for yourself, we may be unable to service additional friends if our schedule doesn't allow.


8. What is your no show/ cancellation/ reschedule policy?
We require at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling. We may be contacted by phone, email, text, sending a message through our web page, and all forms of social media. If you fail to cancel your appointment within the designated time frame for any reason, you will be charged 100% of your service total for a no show and 50% of your service total for late cancellations or late reschedule requests. Please note that if you are a prepay client, your voucher will be redeemed in the event that either of these instances occur. All first time clients will be required to book all future services online with a credit card to validate your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service.
